What would you say to them?
Vague, broad promises like
won’t do, as they’re empty, meaningless, unsubstantiated, unbelievable and completely lacking in credibility.

Contrary To What You Have Been Taught, It Is NEVER a ‘Numbers Game’!

Most agents think Real Estate is a ‘Numbers Game’. The more leads, buyers, properties, etc. the better their chances of closing and cashing a cheque. And their very own uplines are to blame for wrongly teaching them this…
When I ask agents who they’re trying to target with their marketing efforts, they’ll be a little vague with their responses. Most Agents probably feel they’re after ANYone and EVERYone in the hopes of attracting SOMEone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
- The problem with this strategy is when you try to be everything to everyone, you fail to address the specific needs of anyone.
